Thermostat Basics

The touchscreen thermostat is very easy to use with a number of useful functions. The touchscreen thermostat is suitable for electric underfloor heating switching up to 16 amps.

Room = Signifies the display is showing the room temperature
Floor = Signifies the display is showing the floor temperature
Low = Signifies the heating is in economy mode (lowest temp)
High = signifies the heating is in comfort mode (highest temp)
1234 = Displays which setpoint the program is on

M = Menu to enter into the function settings
P = Program mode to set times and temperatures of controller
P = Press and hold to set current time
Up and down arrow = Manual over ride of set points, and to adjust values.

Down Arrow = Press and hold for 5 seconds to activate / deactivate frost mode
Up Arrow = Press and hold for 5 seconds to display floor temperature (Air & Floor only)
Flame Symbol = When visible signifies underfloor heating is in the on state
Flashing Flame Symbol = Shows the heating is inactive due to the floor temperature being reached (Air & Floor only)
Snow Flake = When visible shows the thermostat is in frost mode, deactivate frost mode to activate underfloor heating.
Stand By Symbol = Used to turn controller off and on.

The thermostat will use the temperature and the clock display when using the function menu (M) the area where the temperature displays will show a number between 1-13 when the letter M is pressed, at the same time the clock display will show the setting value that can be changed using the arrow keys.

This display shows menu function 01 which is the large figure in the middle of the screen (Menu function 1 is for mode select)

The small number is the value which can be changed using the arrow up or arrow down. In this example the options are 01 = Air & Floor, 02= Air only, 03= Floor only.
